Access and/or use of the SOLFESA website implies USER status, which means acceptance, from the moment of such access and/or use, of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, which are outlined here. These Terms and Conditions shall be applicable regardless of the General Terms and Conditions of the Contract, which must be complied with where applicable.



www.solfesa.es provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (henceforth, “the Contents”) online belonging to SOLFESA or its licensors, all of which the USER may access. The USER assumes responsibility of the use of the portal. That responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content.

SOLFESA complies with the provisions of Article 12 of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the implementing regulations of the Organic Law, and other legislation in force at all times, which ensures proper use and secure processing of the personal data of the USER. In light of this, with each form that captures data of a personal nature in connection with the services that the USER may access on solfesa@solfesa.es, the USER will be notified of the existence and acceptance of the specific terms and conditions concerning the processing of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility for the file created, the address of the person in charge, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancelation or opposition, the purpose of the processing of such data and any communication of data to third parties.

Additionally SOLFESA hereby states that it complies with the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Law 34/2002 of 11 July, and will request the User’s consent for any use of their email for commercial purposes.



SOLFESA, acting alone or as a transferee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights corresponding to its web pages, as well as the elements contained therein (e.g. images, sounds, audio, video, software and texts, brand names and logos, combinations of colours, structure and design, the selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for operation, access and use, etc.) owned by SOLFESA or its licensors.

SOLFESA cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for damages or harm of any kind caused by the following, among other causes: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of site availability or the transmission of viruses or other malicious programs in the content, in spite of having adopted all necessary technological measures to avoid it.



SOLFESA reserves the right, without prior notice, to make the modifications that it sees fit on its website, and it may change, remove or add both the content and the services provided through the site and the way in which they are presented or located on its website.



SOLFESA will prosecute lack of compliance with these conditions as well as any improper use of its websites by means of all manner of civil and penal actions that may be applicable under the Law.



At any time, SOLFESA may modify the conditions specified here, duly publishing them as they are here published.

Said conditions will remain in effect during the time they are displayed and will be valid until they are modified by other conditions.



The relationship between SOLFESA and the USER will be governed by current Spanish legislation and any controversy will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Sabadell.
