The members of the UEG make up a group of about 22,000 international medical specialists. This is the only current international platform for knowledge collaboration amongst these professionals. The aim of this event was to showcase innovation in the field of gastroenterology.
The organisation held a gala dinner in the Sala Oval of the MNAC. Around 450 people attended the “Gala Dinner”. The evening ended with a lively party.
Solfesa was responsible for creating the ambience and stunning setting to enhance the event. Lighting with the corporate colours was designed for the columns, organ, the room perimeter and surroundings. White curtains were installed in the perimeter of the room to cover any areas dedicated to the museum itself. Overhead projection screens were fitted for audiovisuals, with a closed-circuit camera system to display the speeches and official acts.
The evening ended with a fantastic aerial show was organised with an acrobat hanging from helium balloons screen-printed with the event’s corporate logo.
In this case, the choreography was tailored to the song chosen by the client, to make a statement relevant to the occasion.
To celebrate the company’s 25th anniversary, a “live graffiti” session was held during the dinner, involving the gradual painting of the logo during different parts of the event. Afterwards, the graffiti was presented to the client for display in its booth.
To accompany this final act in the Barcelona Trade Fair facilities, a “Castellers” (human tower) show in the form of an improvised “Flash mob” was performed. The participants were dressed in plain clothes in order to surprise the attendees. At the summit of the human tower, a banner with the corporate logo of the company was displayed.
